I have try to setup a encrypted RAID1, the problem is
that the Installer create a new partitiontable in /dev/mapper/md(X)_crypt.
The system insn't installed in /dev/md(X)_crypt the target is now
/dev/mapper/md(X)_cryptp(X).
Workaround:
1. Setup all partitons.
2. create the crypt_devices
3.
Yes, it`s all the same, nothing works.

With Gusty there is still no Problem.
Okay the problem is, i can't reproduce this failure, sometimes it happens
between switching applications
in the taskbar, or only touch to the touchpad :/
1. ctrl+alt+f1 works for 10 seconds, then the console is blank too!
2. ctrl+alt+backspace doesn't work

the problem appers in Hardy too ;-)
I have no 7.10 cd by the Hand, i hope the Hardy output is enough.

hmm, I had checked this with two CRT-Monitors at home, and Sunday I with a
Monitor from a friendand there it works.
I think my monitors or my cable is defect...sorry.

the same problem with my vaio vgn-fs115b laptop with intel i915, ddcprobe,
xresprobe and get-edid fails too.
I can't set no other resoulution as 1280x800 :-(

I use the latest ubuntu 7.04 with 2.6.20-15-generic kernel with a Viao FS-115B
if i try to start irda-utils with power suply the stick blinks short and than
is finish.
So i try the same without the power suply there is no problem and the stick
works correct.
