Hi Daniel
The system eventually crashed totally as these collection of interactive bugs
overtook the
machine. Much like a virus actually. Eventually I couldn't use the machine as
it disappeared into its own vortex.
It started when I had to log in then log out as Guest before my Main
LogIn so

Please make sure each bug is logged as a separate bug. We should discuss
1) here and new bugs should be created for 2), 3), 4).
So, regarding issue 1), could you please elaborate and ideally provide a
screenshot/video of the problem?

1)
A clue about these Bugs is that UpGrades tend to reset Settings, in a
big way.
2)
For example, I went into Settings-DeskTop-Menus and turned
off the :
Windows-List-Menus
option, by deselecting it.
Now I can mouse-click-grab the screens right along the top bar. So point 2)
