Not sure if this is related to Bug #876862 as it is particularly about
the window that shows up when you browse for a file on your computer to
upload.

The size of the browse window is not remembered. I use a 9 inch screen
at a resolution of 1024x600. The browse window is bigger in height than
600px making it that I can't the the buttons "Cancel" and "Open" as well
as the file type filter. If I maximize the window it works well, but
then I have to repeat this action every time as firefox does not
remember the size of the window from the last usage.
