Public bug reported: In order to aid the transition to python3 we should ship as many python3 packages as possible quantal. The version 0.17-2 in debian experimental now has python3 packages and we should sync it. It builds, has a testsuite, installs and upgrades in quantal. It also fixes a warning message during installation for the python2 packages. It changes to a dh sequencer rules making it more maintable but the risk of regression is not zero.
