Hi,
I see that the bug is resolved in kde-runtime c4:4.9.80-0ubuntu1 but in Kubuntu
12.10 64bit with updates and backports repositories enabled the las version I
have is 4:4.9.4-0ubuntu0.1 (quantal-updates).
How can I install 4:4.9.80-0ubuntu1 ?

the problem is that the apt-xapian cache is not built (initially there
is none) so the search for languages does not work. resolving this is
however not particularly trivial from a UI perspective as this is an
async operation that can take a while so some sort of visual
indication
is that after installation or in the live session?
At least, after installation I can't pick another language but English. It's a

I don't really understand the problem. The separate tool was replaced
with a more intuitive way of configuring the language, which is by using
the existing languages tab, which now lists all available languages and
install them on-demand. So what exactly is the problem?

The problem seems to be that in some cases the language selector only
has a language (english) to select.

Installation language: English - There are no other languages to pick from the
KDE language selector.

Package Manager and installed the package kde-l10n-es. Then, in the new
windows, the messages started to appear in Spanish, I could choose
Spanish as the default package, etc.
