We are using LTS Ubuntu releases and we found that current stable
doxygen version in 12.04 crashes with segfault on x86_64 in case we add
usergrop tag in DoxigenLayout.xml. But in 1.8.x this bug isn't
reproducible. We want to avoid any system modifications such as adding
