That polkit issue in the run.log is interesting. Does this happen with a new user? I do know that we had some issues with permissions that were changed in 0ubuntu1 but not properly implemented. 0ubuntu2 simply forced regeneration of .c files so that the fix from 0ubuntu1 would be implemented. --

Well, a fresh system does not have this problem, so I guess you'll need to track someone down to confirm that is in a similar situation. I will set this as low since it has no affect. Providing logs from lightdm (I assume you mean that and not LXDM), X, and lxsession would all be useful. **
