I installed libgspell-1-1 1.0.3-1ubuntu4 from yakkety-proposed on Ubuntu GNOME 16.10 and it pulled in libgspell-1-common. I verified that gedit's spell checker still looks ok in English. The translations won't work until the next langpack update is done. ** Tags removed: verification-needed **
