Accepted webbrowser-app into yakkety-proposed. The package will build
now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/webbrowser-
app/0.23+16.10.20161018-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the
-proposed repository.
Please help us by testing

This error appears to be 100% reproducible on arm64 builds targetting
yakkety (see e.g. https://launchpad.net/~ci-train-ppa-
service/+archive/ubuntu/2076/+build/11022370):
dh build-arch --parallel --with translations
