Midori fails to build from source with vala 0.36
I am closing the Ubuntu task because even if Midori were buildable again
(requires not just this fix but also the Webkit2 porting from their
master branch that was never released as a stable version), we still
aren't interesting in having Midori in Ubuntu at this time since we
don't need web

This has been "fixed" in Debian unstable/testing and Ubuntu 17.10 by
removing midori since it is basically unmaintained.
