I tested with Debian buster and Fedora 27 and the file is playing
without any GPU hangs. So the problem might be Ubuntu only. I also
tested Ubuntu 18.04 (daily 13/11) and the hangs still occurs. FOr me
this isn't a kernel or DRM/Intel Bug

Test Kernel 4.14 rc5 mainline. The bug also exist there
The last good kernel was 4.12, but i'm not sure. For Kernel 4.9, i'm
sure the bug didn't exist

Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a
prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem?
