Public bug reported:

Somewhere towards the end of 2017 coturn on a standard 16.04
installation stopped working.

Calling coturn in a browser returns:
SSL_ERROR_NEXT_PROTOCOL_DATA_INVALID

The coturn log shows:
TLS/TCP socket buffer operation error (callback) 

Nothing was changed to the coturn config, only normal system updates
where done on the server.
