Binary package hint: fontconfig
Step one, install Luxi Serif on bibliotek and find the font in Gnome-
font-dialog and OpenOffice-font-dialog (Ubuntu 7.10 32-bit)

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure fontconfig
[sudo] password for aw:
Cleaning up font configuration of fontconfig...

Cleaning up category type1..
Updating font configuration of fontconfig...
Cleaning up category cid..
Cleaning up category truetype..
Cleaning up category type1..

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ fc-list | grep Luxi\ Serif
Luxi Serif:style=Regular

Step two, install Luxi Serif on macken and find the font in Gnome-font-
dialog but NOT in OpenOffice-font-dialog (Ubuntu 7.10 32-bit)

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure fontconfig
[sudo] password for aw:
