Ok, now I get https://bugs.debian.org/892133 when I try to rebuild
rollup.

Uploaded. I used a "build1" number since I consider this to be temporary
and we want the next Debian update to auto-sync here. I will probably do
a "build2" to revert to the distro packaging anyway once this version is
accepted from the NEW queue and published.
