I can confirm this behavior. Although I'm not really sure where the
correct place to report this is or what to file the bug against. These
packages come from the kubuntu-members-kde4 PPA not the Ubuntu repo.
I've assigned this bug to kubuntu-members-kde4. Hopefully, they can send
this in the right
