It seems translations haven't extracted to launchpad yet: "No translatable
templates available

Also it recommends using

Accepted memtest86+ into focal-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at

untranslated at all, but before they were translated. See attach
Also there are a lot of artifacts. It seems it is bug too.
