libjli.so gets shipped by icedtea-java7-bin itself and it appears that it's not
available during the postinst already.
However, I could not reproduce it by purging icedtea-java7-bin (and
sun-java6-bin, which provides this file, too) and then reinstalling
icedtea-java7-bin.
Maybe this is related
