Hello.

I don't know is it a right please to open this issue or not, however
Ctrl+Shift+N is a good shortcut to make a new folder in Thunar and many
other file managers. But it do nothing in the Xubuntu's desktop.

So I must right click and do it!

Can you fix it as you did it for F2? (Rename files)
