Using ppa: ppa:linuxuprising/apps worked fine, however we have to set up
for Ubuntu Hirsute. For Ubuntu Impish, we probably won't have it until
after the official launch.

Workaround :
I installed pdfarranger from this ppa : ppa:linuxuprising/apps
And the updated version (1.7.1-0~hirsute0) works fine.
