For flawless work caja-dropbox package should depend on
libappindicator1
package.
Fix is actually needed for 22.04 LTS.

This also affects me. I did a fresh install of Ubuntu MATE 21.10. I can
also confirm that the procedure detailed by Norbert (nrbrtx) works to
bring back the functional indicator icon.
