same issue here (Problem loading X.509 certificate -65) after upgrading
from 20.04 to 22.04 but system starts up normal and can be operated
normal. Read here (https://askubuntu.com/questions/1218700/integrity-
problem-loading-x-509-certificate-65) that it's related to Acer BIOS
(mine is an Acer

No. I used a bootable USB using downloaded .iso image. Two times I
installed. No change in both case.
