Accepted ec2-instance-connect into jammy-proposed. The package will
build now and be available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ec2-instance-
connect/1.1.14-0ubuntu1.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.

I also tested with mssh to make it works well:
When running ec2-instance-connect 1.1.14-0ubuntu1 (from Jammy) and
