It happens all the time, when I run displayconfig from the command line (just tested it for another bug). Apparently, there are a stale .pyc files left in /usr/share/python-support/kde-guidance, e.g.: $ ll /usr/share/python-support/kde-guidance/xorgconfig.pyc -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 26435
