That's strange because the files you attached showed that 'Broadcast
RGB' had the same value 'Automatic' in both KDE and GNOME. I don't know
how 'Automatic' could be giving you a different result in each desktop
environment.

Try this:
xrandr --output eDP-1 --set "Broadcast RGB" "Full"
If that doesn't fix it then please attach photos of the screen showing
both with and without the bug.
