Another workaround:
On jammy I am able to use `pbuilder-dist noble amd64 build myproject.dsc`
without the warning prompt if I first make a symlink:
```
cd /usr/share/debootstrap/scripts
sudo ln -s gutsy noble
```

The problem seems to be with debootstrap itself. After manually
compiling debootstrap 1.0.134 from noble, I am able to successfully
build images.

I am using debootstrap directly and have the same problem.
dpkg >= 1.22.3 does't solve the problem.
I am on lunar and tried manually-built dpkg 1.22.6 from noble with the
same (lack of) result:

There is a new version in proposed. That solved the issue

I think the fix is to use a dpkg >= 1.22.3, but I'm not sure.
