issue here is with Laptop Lenovo Thinkpad A475 which has no longer hard-switch
to disable WiFi/Bluetooth;
now with newer edition of Ubuntu eg. 22.04 or 24.04, the softSwitch of
Bluetooth Disabling in Ubuntu menu does not persist; when Laptop is in
"Airplane Mode", and goes to sleep, after
