I'm told via the Deluge changelog that 0.5.9 fixed the ratio problems,
but this package hasn't been updated since right before 0.5.9 was
released. There are .deb's on the deluge site, though.

Hmm, stumbling along trying to figure out how to submit a new version of
deluge. After nomming for release, I'm supposed to do something with
motu-sru, and somehow upload a new version to hardy (and gutsy and
intrepid) -proposed, but I have no idea how to go about doing this.
