specific bugs would only affect Ubuntu. You can report all bugs here on
launchpad, experienced users will sort out what is an upstream issue and
what is ubuntu-specific.

Hi Sebastien, I am not sure what is the difference between an upstream
issue that should be sent to bugzilla and one that should be sent to
launchpad? Anytime a program crashes and ask me to send the bug the
launchpad web appears automatically, How can I differentiate those that
