I tried to fiddle with the number of open connections, and as I moved it
above 200 the connection would be dropped. Perhaps it is an issue with
the native wifi driver?

Deluge will run fine for about 2 minutes then the whole page will go
blank and says Not Connected on the bottom left. Here is what I got

1.1.3+dfsg-1 ? If so, does it occur if you move/remove your settings at
~/.config/deluge/core.conf ?
