Public bug reported:

I just ran a system upgrade of my Ubuntu 9.04 experimental installation
and got the error: "python3.0-minimal could not be installed" (even
though the original message is in German). You can see the message in
the screenshot attached. The last upgrade was about a month ago. After
clicking "close" I am told to run dpkg manually and the upgrade process
breaks up.

System info: Ubuntu 9.04 amd64 Alpha 5. Latest updates installed on the
9th of March 2009 (Europe/Berlin time). Hardware: CPU: AMD 6000+ dual
core (AM2 socket); Chipset: NVidia nForce 570 SLI; Main memory: 2 GB;
Graphics card: GigaByte GeForce 7600 GS.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
