Public bug reported:
Xubuntu 9.04 installation out of the box.
Steps:
1. Run few applications
2. Put IconBox to the panel - works fine
3. Change panel location from horizontal to vertical (vertical right).
Detected: IconBox still layout still horizontal and we could see only
one application icon. Please look at attached picture.
Expected: work like in Xubuntu 8.10(8.04) - in vertical panel mode -
IconBox layouts icons from the top to bottom.
