Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

Empathy does not minimize when clicking on system tray icon.

When tabbing on the system tray icon the empathy window appears. Tabbing on it
again does not minimize it to the tray again.
All other programs I have running do this action right, like xchat, rhythmbox,
skype. This is one of those annoying usability bugs that have a negative impact
on the ubuntu user experience. Please fix before final release!

1) Package: empathy
2) Ubuntu: 9.10 rc (26 October '09)
3) When clicking on the empathy system tray icon I expected empathy to minimize
its main window
4) Windows stays open instead
