Thanks, for answer. Here is explanations:
Screenshot-2.png - is how it looks like by default. Very convenient for
user that accustom to horizontal panels.
Screenshot-3.png - is how it looks like then panel is Right/Left
oriented. It takes to much space, and not very convenient to look at it.
Thanks for the explanation and images. I now understand what is desired
and will confirm this bug. Since this bug has enough information
provided for a developer to begin work, I'm going to mark it as
confirmed and let them handle it from here. Thanks for taking the time
