Since this is now supported in the mainstream kernel trunk (2.6.37-rc#),
I have marked it for natty (11.04) release. I do not know if it will be
added to the 10.04.2 point release.

I used the new Kernel v2.6.37-rc6 on my Ubuntu and everything works
fine!
Updating
Any thoughts on why some SD cards work and others don't? I applied the
patch and my 8GB Kingston works (mounts, reads, writes, unmounts) My
16GB Patriot won't work at all, no mount, etc.
The errors that scroll are posted up above in my previous post.
Any ideas?

Awesome work guys!
So this should be in the next kernel update? If so, do you know when the
next kernel will be released?
Cheers,
Rob.

Hi bro. No... I dont know what it happen with my notebook, but I got an Acer
Aspire One 532h like you, but it can not read the SD card... I was open the
Terminal and wrote all the commands, but nothing... I am so sad... do you
know another solution??

Just tested in a Acer Aspire One D255, which was also presenting the
same problem. The provided driver worked fine, at least with basic
operations (mount, read, write, umount). Thanks a lot!

Being a newbie, I'd love to have a deb package available for the driver please.
I do understand that extensive testing needs to be done and so on but PLEASE,
can someone provide the deb?
Thanks guys.
