Binary package hint: firefox

Here is how i could reproduce this moe than once:
I was browsing in facebook an right-clicked on a link a friend posted to open 
the link in new tab.
the link directs to : 
http://www.german-design-council.de/fileadmin/Bilder/Designpreis_der_BRD/DP_2010/ice_3_cmyk.jpg.
 thats a really big image which takes a long time to long. if i now click on 
the loading tap to open it, the whole i server crashes and i am presented the 
gdm login screen.

interestingly: if i wait until the image is loaded, i can open the tab
without a crash - but the display is corrupted.
