Binary package hint: pulseaudio

I have a 2 user account system. when someone is using sound on one
account it can freeze the pulseaudio instance and then no one else can
play any sound from any app. Loging all account out , rebooting, and
sudo killall pulseaudio resolve the issue temporarily.
