Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mountall

I noticed mountall does specify /proc and /sys to be mounted in the fstab by
default.
I noticed the upstart init process mounts /proc and /sys internally.

If mountall is used with the init upstart, is it worth to get rid of these
mount points by default ?
It is not critical, but that saves a little processing time when booting.

** Affects: mountall (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
