I tested with the latest upstream kernel (2.6.36-999-generic) and the
problem is solved.

If you could also please test the latest upstream kernel available that would
be great. It will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue.

I am just guessing whether or not this is an X-bug. After my system goes
into suspend-mode and I turn my computer back on again, I get prompted
for my password. In enter my password and get back to the desktop,
I think I figured out what causes this freeze. I seems to be the driver
for the wireless-chip when I turn of wifi with Fn+F1 suspend the
computer and resume, everything is ok. When I turn on wifi the system
freezes.
