Last updates have fixed this problem, all described programs starts up
with proper menu panel. As there is noone else with this problem, i set
it to fix released.

New informations: Have changed the videocard to amd, with fglrx and free
ati linuxdriver i got the same situation. No menu's at phatch,
guayadeque, audacious. I have to change the gnome dektop theme to get
the menus from running programs back.
Hint: Ubuntu netbook 10.10 is not affected by this
Please fix this much annoying showstopper, it did not appear in 11.04
development branch and did not exist in 10.04. It is ugly to switch the
desktop theme for some applications to get them proper working.
