I have had this same error with a clean install of 10.10 plus similar
repro additions as above.

I got:-
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys DB141E2302FDF932
which worked for me but am unsure if this is a safe fix.
It would be good to know what made this error.
i see for some this solution worked but I will try after reason for it
was found.
