also after installing/deleting/upgrading _any_ other package than nsd3. It
keeps coming up with this.
For example, when removing screen or when an unattended upgrade occurred:
$ sudo apt-get purge screen
[sudo] password for tim:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
