Maybe latest Glabels release - 3.0 prints öäå and other accented characters
when using these characters in csv-fields?
Glabels release 3.0.0 (Stable) released 2011-05-16 and can be downloaded from
http://glabels.org/download/
Changes/fixes since 2.2.8 include
* Migrated to GNOME 3 platform
ÅÄÖ are working if I use glabels-batch as sudo
