Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
/etc/init/dbus.conf runs the system instance of dbus. The one started when you
log in is the one for the session. They are two different instances, one
running as
a system user, the other running as you.
As this is the desired behaviour I am closing this bug as "Invalid"
