Might be, but the modem is internal. I assume everybody with the same
netbook will have the same problem.

Except for your E620 USB Modem, all other usb devices(usb hub, uvc camera)
in your machine have been enabled runtime suspend at default.
So it should be your modem which caused the extra power consumption.
