Ok, I'm a little busy these times, sorry for the wait. I need to know who do
auto mount floppy disks in my system to report this bug as independent bugs
, as I know here we have a bug in nautilus, others in gfloppy, but I don't
know what app do the auto mounting. or better, don't do the auto

i will do that, but only to confirm, here we have bugs in hal, nautilus
(gnome-open ?, gnome-volume-manager ?) and gfloppy. This is right ?
The non displayed labels are related to hal ?

There is a lot of different problem here.
I think on of them ((Floppy disk labels aren't show in computerfloppy or in
desktopfloppy, like in a cd for example, so this is a non consistent gui
behaviour) might be related to
Hum, didn't read your bug report until the end : Ubuntu 6.10
so this is surely a totally different bug.
I advice you to report separate problem for separate packages, there seams to
be a lot of gfloppy bug here.
