Its nothing to do with hardware, its a general compiz regression that
can be sometimes observed on very high end systems as well.

I think this is either a duplicate of bug 92599, or a duplicate of bug
888039. Either way, it should be fixed by some changes I have proposed.
To test the fix and confirm this is a duplicate, please try using
ppa:vanvugt/compiz (https://launchpad.net/~vanvugt/+archive/compiz).

Window movement is not jerky in my case. It depends from hardware to
hardware.
But, since this is a bug, I'm marking this confirmed in Compiz. It might
be tough to fix this one though
