On numerous occasions I have search for an application in Dash and
exited when no results appeared...only to later see the application in
Dash.  Over time I figured out the Dash searches can be slow, especially
the initial ones.  This is very confusing given that search capabilities
in applications and in web browser apps always show either a progress or
a "busy" indicator of some kind.

Without a progress or busy indicator in dash, one has to sit and look at
an empty result for 30+ seconds before assuming that nothing was found.
This defeats the entire purpose of dash.
