I had an Ubuntu version installed about a year ago maybe, that would
have been the latest release, and the USB problem existed at that time
as well.
I ran the lsusb -v, and saw access denied in the log, so ran a sudo lsusb -v,
which is on the second half. Thanks for taking a look.
