Public bug reported:

acer-wmi is polling the wireless state from the BIOS periodically, and
every once in a while the state returned by the BIOS is incorrect. This
results in the wireless being disconnected briefly until the next poll
when the correct state is restored. A workaround is needed to debounce
the wireless state returned by the BIOS to prevent the wireless
dropouts.
