I have not tried the update since the update generated the report.
It is not clear what the information in the report was trying to say.
lsb_release -a shows:
No LSB modules are available.
Yes, it could be that it didnt complete. The lsb_release seems to show
that as well. I would suggest trying the upgrade again and see if it
works this time around. If it still does not, please attach the files
from within:
/var/log/dist-upgrade
